Working hours are wonderful, the wage rate is not that high. I do not have overtime payment, but there are lots of time to supplement. It is a very patriarchal place to say that it might confuse you. Suction is a way for people to move within a team. If you do not want to become a LEO, there is no opportunity to promote. They got all the opportunities for overtime and promotion. A woman who succumbs to this place will win many people, but the employee culture here is sexistic and may hate women. Please be inconspicuous, work and survival are guaranteed

At the moment, I only oversee daily business and transactions. I occasionally work in everyday applications. I am called a retirement model. In other words, it is necessary to tell others what to do and to take over. It is difficult to manage because it involves many politics. Every department changes as the mayor or city council member changes. I love what I do and I am a part of the city where the scale doubled. I am a member of the department from personal processing to automated programming. Because the department grows every day, it is the same for me. When the government changes, the hardest part of work is to let go of friends. I work with residents and like to help them as much as possible. I do not believe that I feel responsible.
