Dahlonega City Hall was crowded in the evening of March 1, 2010. The seats are full, almost all seats are full of doors except for the front. The crowd mainly consists of students, as the voices of city council members gradually disappear from the collapsing audio system, they lean on and listen. Six member city council members and the mayor sit on the bench as if they were the judges of the hearing. For the ongoing debate and the crowd, I thought I was a few minutes late, but I was able to find a seat in the front row.

The Las Vegas City Council is operated as a Council Management Government. The mayor is the chairman and president of the council meeting of all city council meetings. If the mayor can not chair the city council meeting, the mayor Pro-Tem will be the chairman of the meeting until the mayor returns to the seat. City managers maintain relations between federal, state, county, and other municipalities and governments.

The mayor was elected a politician to lead the government of the city and town. Municipal and town administrators are employed by city or town councils to conduct and monitor their daily work. In the city of the mayor and administrator, the mayor is the chairperson of the city council, and the person who is employed as an administrator has a say. In this form of government, the manager supervises day-to-day operations and is responsible for making decisions by the mayor and parliament. Most towns have governments in the form of powerful mayors or municipal administrators. In towns and cities where the administrative form of the mayor is strong, the mayor is voted in the office and decisions are made on behalf of the general public. In a town with managerial positions, hire managers to conduct specific administrative tasks

Yakima City Council is acting as president. The city council has seven members elected by the district and the mayor is elected by members of the council. The mayor of Yakima provides, manages and coordinates the provision of municipal services under the direction of the city council. Yakima is a full service city that provides police, fire, water and wastewater treatment, parks, public works, planning, street maintenance, code enforcement, passage of airports and residents
