Cider House Rules

"Cider House Rules" is a movie based on John Owen's bestseller. This is a story of a very exciting, moving and genuine 1943 life. At the center of the story is a child of an orphanage and Dr. Larch who is a sick physician named Homer. There is an emotional connection with Homer. I saw this movie before I thought this was my first impression of this movie, I think this is a very good, relaxing movie, you can see it with the family. Cider house rules began in the 1920s

The title of John Owen's book "The Cider House Rules" comes from Apple Orchard's set of rules at Apple Garden. Even though you can not read it, Olive Worthington publishes these rules every year for seasonal workers. This rule instructs workers not to take specific actions such as operating a grinder, smoking in bed, sitting on a roof of a cider while drinking (Irving , 1985, p. 272). However, these rules are often broken by workers including Mr. Ross.

John Irving Homer Wells of Cider House Rules is an orphan in Maine State St Cloud. Under Dr. Larch's guidance, he learned transactions with obstetric skills, a set of skills that formed his career, but he himself refused to define his own ethics. In the world of corruption and heartache, Homer learned to accept honesty and love. In contrast, a movie using a more realistic abortion story is the 1999 film "The Cider House Rules" based on John Owen's novel. Michael Caine and Tobey Maguire are starring, and the movie is the story of an orphanage managed by obstetrician. This film was set in the first half of the 20th century when abortion was still illegal. In the movie, Michael Caine plays the role of Dr. Larch and teaches Homer Wells, an orphan of Tobey Maguire, how to become a doctor and to do abortion. Homer became a talented obstetrician, but suffered from the morality of abortion. This movie is not perfect to draw an abortion, but it is better than a movie like Juno. Unlike Juno, which discusses abortion in only one scene, the theme of abortion is "Apple House Rules". The rhetoric used in "Cider House Rules" is much better than the rhetoric used by Juno.
