Christianity and Wealth

Professor David W. Miller has created a three part heading that suggests three general attitudes of Protestantism against wealth. Even in the Christian society, believers are bombarded in a Biblical view of wealth. As an extreme example, there are people who spread the gospel of "health and wealth" to all believers. Another extreme example is an extremist Christian who is accusing all wealth and suggesting that wealthy Christians are contradictory words. So what is the true Biblical view about wealth? At first glance, the Bible seems to teach that Christian wealth is wrong. There seems to even be condemning the rich. After all, both the prophets of Jesus and the Old Testament are opposed to materialism, and true believers do not seem to be able to gain wealth. If this is the case, everyone in our Western society will be a problem as we all are wealthy according to New Testament standards.
