Those who believe in Christ are called by God to contribute to the sanctification and change of the world thanks to their baptism. They do this by fulfilling their special duties in the spirit of the disciples of the gospel and Christianity. Working in a church is a way to encourage Christian 's disciples. People who work for the church will continue to carry out the mission and ministry of Christ. Their service is unique and necessary for the church to live and grow.
