The diversity of this fellow group tells me to understand the various ways to deal with the project, paying attention to my own unique viewpoint. As one of the former members of the club, and as one of the oldest members, I have built a leadership position. Doing so encourages the atmosphere to use our diversity, and everyone's thoughts are heard and appreciated. As a result, I gathered over $ 5000 and started working on Facebook in New York. We are also a leader in organizing the Youth Council for Charity.
