Abstract The popularity of computer-to-phone calling services is expanding at astonishing speeds, threatening the profits of traditional telephone companies. A European telephone company that provides this service, Skype is one of the leaders in this field and established a joint venture with a Chinese company that wants to use this emerging market. However, mainland telecommunications companies are actively trying to eliminate these types of services systematically.
"Mobile Internet" refers to accessing the Internet via mobile phone service providers. You can switch wireless access to another wireless tower as you move through the service area. It can refer to a fixed device that is connected to the tower, but this does not mean "mobile". Users who are not out going can use Wi-Fi and other better ways. Cellular base stations are more expensive to offer than wireless base stations directly connected to Internet service providers, not via telephone systems.
The United States has never commanded everyone to have a "right" on the phone, but the fact that telephone service (and electricity, now broadband Internet) has to be even the most remote of the country I accepted the concept. . Accepting this idea, gradually recognizing that Internet access is citizenship, because ensuring access is a policy developed by the government. But all these philosophical arguments ignore more fundamental problems. The creators themselves are responsible for supporting human rights and citizenship. The Internet introduces a highly accessible and comparable platform for creating, sharing and accessing information globally. Therefore, we have a new way to allow people to exercise their human rights and citizenship.
