¶ 5 In this part, we will briefly outline the international human rights in this article. In this paper, based on an understanding of the principles of international human rights and compensation, we show examples of contents, personality, and information that make movie a means of compensation. In Part 3, this article provides a brief background explanation of Rwanda genocide in 1994, how past content, personality, and information was used to create a destructive public explanation . In particular, the content element is related to the identification of the judicial system. Role elements include identification of citizens, group members, and people considered as individuals. Information elements relate to the creation of an ideal relationship within the target judicial system between citizens, between group members and individuals, between governments, and among individuals and groups, if any, which are considered outside these distinctions .
