To cope with growing concerns about youth gangs, the Young Gang series of the Youth Judicial Crime Prevention Bureau (OJJDP) is exploring many important issues related to youth gangs. The issues considered in this series include the needs of communities and young people living in front of gang migrants, gang growth, women's participation in gangs, murder, drugs, violence, and youth gangs.
