Child Rearing Practices in the 1500's and 1600's

Parents' care in the 1500s and 1600s was very different from the modern one. In the 1500s and 1600s, children were raised in various ways for conditions such as mortality. During these periods, life expectancy has been shortened due to rodent hygiene and disease caused by waste disposal systems, and parents got a clear reason to grow their children faster than usual. The goal of most parents raising children at this time is to train young adults to mature adults with severe punishment and religious aid so that they can decipher whether the children are right or wrong.

In the 1500s and 1600s, several amazing discoveries fundamentally changed the way and reasons why Europeans see what is happening in the physical world. Three scientists who contributed to these changes were Nicolaus Copernicus, Galileo Galilei and Isaac Newton. These scientists have changed the belief that many people have always believed. In most cases, the theory of the Earth-centered is considered to be true. This theory shows that every planet orbits the earth. In 1543, Polish scholar Nicholas Copernicus had a revolution in key areas. In this book, a new theory is proposed that all the planets including the earth rotate around the sun. This is called eccentricity theory. This theory contradicts many people's perception of religious beliefs and daily lives. Because people are confused about planets and behaviors, people believe that every planet will travel around the earth.

Puritans were members of the religious social movements in the 1500s and 1600s. This campaign began in England and spread to the United States. When this movement is invoked, the Puritans will affect the social, political and religious aspects of the lives of these people. In a similar way, it affects the people around.
