Child sexual abuse (CSA) is an epidemic that concealed child abuse and neglect. About 3 million CSA reports each year involve nearly 6 million children in the United States. CSA goes beyond racial and cultural boundaries, at every level of society, every level of education, and every religion. Many adverse reactions are associated with CSA, and some examples include anxiety, avoidance of depression, low self-esteem, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sexual intercourse. In this article we will study the role of women's psychological distress of CSA history, the nature of high-risk activities in trauma, barriers in human relations, negative beliefs and attitudes towards others, psychological effects, psychopathology .
