Therefore, I do not know how society feels to drive oil-based diesel before biodiesel invention. Biodiesel provides cleaner diesel fuel for automobiles. When burned, it does not emit undesirable contamination like petroleum-based diesel. Therefore, it does not pollute the air and therefore has a positive impact on society. As resources to make biodiesel are organic, and since it is a renewable resource, resources do not affect fuel production, as resources are never used up in practice as a matter of fact.

Biodiesel can be burned with a diesel engine. Biofuels are currently the only alternative to hydrocarbon fuels. Because biofuels can be used in existing internal combustion engines, minimal changes to the infrastructure are required for their implementation. As concerns about the environmental impact of fossil fuels are on the rise, this is their most prominent advantage.
