All males and females should express their views directly in decision making or through legal intermediaries representing their interests. This wide participation consists of freedom of association, freedom of expression, and freedom of constructive participation.
Transparency is built on the free flow of information. Processes, institutions, and information provide direct access to stakeholders and provide enough information to understand and monitor them.
Good governance will mediate various interests and reach broad agreement on what will be the greatest benefit of the group. If possible, policies and procedures
Government, private sector and decision makers of civil society organizations are accountable to public and institutional stakeholders. This responsibility depends on the organization and whether the decision is internal or external to the organization.
Leaders and the general public have a broad and long-term perspective on good governance and human development, and at the same time I understand what this development needs. It is also possible to understand the historical, cultural and social complexity on which this view is based.
The basic characteristic of good governance is the existence and effective function of institutions that give accountability to civil servants. Domestic bureaucrats may be responsible for political administration (departmental responsibility), legislative assembly (legislative supervision), public (inspector, media), or justice. Judicial review of bureaucracy can be found in systems where administrative law is established as an independent department of public law. In many countries, this led to the establishment of a network of administrative courts with the power to solve conflicts between government bureaucrats and civilians. The existence of these agencies does not in itself guarantee that there are few administrative crimes, but corruption does not happen very often if it proves to be effective.
There are 8 features in good governance. It is participatory, agreed orientation, responsibility, transparency, responsiveness, effective and efficient, fair and inclusive and follows the rule of law. It ensures that corruption is minimized, minority views are taken into account, and the voices of the most vulnerable groups in society are heard in decision-making. It also addresses current and future social needs. But one of my favorite features is accountability. Accountability is an important requirement for good governance. In addition to government agencies, the private sector and civil society organizations must also be accountable to the citizens and their stakeholders. Depending on whether decisions or actions taken are inside or outside the organization or organization, it is different who is responsible to who. In general, organizations or organizations are responsible for those who are affected by their decisions or actions.
Participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, impartiality and inclusiveness, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, strategic vision, and consensus orientation are key characteristics of good governance. Transparency refers to decisions that are publicly adopted and implemented according to rules and regulations. It states that information should be provided free of charge and is directly available to those affected by such decisions and their implementation. It also means providing adequate information to all stakeholders and media in an easy-to-understand format that makes it possible to participate and criticize the decision-making process in a meaningful way. Accountability ensures that public institutions and staff are accountable to people and their institutional stakeholders (ie those affected by their decisions and actions).
