A. Paper Statement: In this chapter, Jin believes American history is usually portrayed through class struggle. A revolutionary war is a fight for the poor for the rich. B. Evidence of Use: Zinn points out that attracting white people is the only way to get soldiers to them, as revolutionary leaders do not trust the poor. (Page # 77) a. As Zinn points out that the class conflict between the rich and the poor is obvious and the class structure has not changed after the revolution, this will help to prove Zinn's assertion. (Page 84) Since the revolution is still tense between the class structures, this proves Jin's assertion. Howard Jin explained poor people without property, from attending the constitutional conference. (Page 91) a. This proves Howard Jin's view. The Constitution does not reflect the interests of these groups unless they participate in the treaty. Jin tells us that the Constitution was written for the benefit of wealthy and powerful founders. (Page 91) a. This proves Howard's assertion that only rich people can benefit by showing the majority of the Constitution. Zinn pointed out that the father of the founder did not want to balance the decrease in property and the owner of property (page 101). This proves Zinn's assertion that the poor are struggling but the rich are not struggling because they have the support of the founder's father. C. Important sources and analysis
1. a. Charles Carroll, note b. Zinn uses this information source to prove his view on class tension. The poor suffer more than wealthy people. c. Another source of information that may be useful is the poor property owner to see how they deal with their experiences. a. ) Suki jogger, speech b. Zinn uses this source to explain how subordinate classes are considered natural. Another useful source of information is wealthy upper classes and we are wondering why they treat lower classes differently. D. Observation / Problem I can see the reason why the father who created it did not want to achieve class equality at the same time. How do white settlers train slaves? Chapter 9 - Unauthorized slavery, freedom of liberty A. Paper discourse: In this chapter, Zinn is strong in order to completely change the way society changes itself to a country without slavery I believe there is a need to happen. No matter how smart it is
This is not an exhaustive list of bad paper statements, but there are five things I see here. The last two # 4 and # 5 are not necessarily inaccurate or illegal sentences, but they are not suitable for the purpose of this course. They may be useful forms of articles on different topics of other courses. Paper occupies the place of the problem. Because the paper sentence is not neutral, it is different from the topic sentence. In addition to topics, it also announces what you want to prove you want to make. You are planning to back it up in your own opinion. This is the reason and motivation of your writing.
The paper statement reflects the type of paper being written. There are three papers: analytical, descriptive, and controversial. The structure of the paper statement depends on the nature of the type of control paper. Briefly, the first sentence has a main topic sentence, casts doubt on it, then a sentence about the author's topic sentence, and finally ends with a specific support point, details the author's sentence, and a topic I will prove the relationship with the sentence. In general, it should have a clear intention for paper and a supporting opinion (specific / focused).
Your paper presentation leads to all the other elements of the paper. The paragraph of the preface should flow into the discussion presented in the paper, the last sentence of your introduction. The text consists of 2 to 5 sentences, depending on its length. If you need more than one sentences in your thesis, please correct your thesis. Please organize the evidence so that you can move smoothly to the next evidence. If your evidence applies to multiple arguments, repeat that evidence in the appropriate section of the body. Do not discuss more than one argument at a time as it will cause confusion and not focus on thesis.
