3. Identify the owner of the site: take away all potential suspects and witnesses and maintain a log of those entering and leaving the site

4. Evaluation area: Establish a boundary, establish a gateway for violators, take the first step, formulate a strategy to check and record the site

4. Search evidence: Mark all evidence locations, fully describe each item, record the state of the victim's physical condition (in case of murder) before the move, first identify the victim / suspect I will (if possible).

People rotate inward from the boundary towards the center of the scene, or draw a spiral from the center toward the boundary.

The reason is that you moved to a place where you can find more evidence from a place without evidence.

Each of these sections can be divided into smaller sections for a thorough search by smaller teams.

It is necessary to evacuate the important part of the site and submit the scanned part to the laboratory for analysis.

Scratches on fingerprints of individuals who come into contact with others may contain small evidence that can tie the attacker to the victim. The underside of each nail is preferably scraped off with a dull object like a toothpick so as not to cut the skin. They were sent to microscopy

Crime scene search tool: Provide supplies necessary for protection of crime scenes, photography, collection, packaging of evidence, and development of potential printed materials

Nonflammable plastic vials with pressure caps: evidence of hair, glass, fibers, and other small or trace

Burned debris from a site suspected of having a fire must be sealed in a sealed container to prevent evaporation of volatile petroleum residues (a new paint can or a closed can can be used).

Standard / reference sample: You can compare important evidence that the source is known, such as the suspect's fiber / hair, with the evidence of the crime scene.

Substrate control: Uncontaminated surface material is located near where the physical evidence is deposited. This sample is used to ensure that the surface on which the sample is placed does not interfere with laboratory testing

After the initial evaluation, you can start dealing with the crime scene. This treatment includes notes, pictures, videos (see Chapter 2), crime scene diagrams (see chapter 4), and evidence collection. This manual covers the collection of various evidences that may be encountered at the site. Appendix B of this Handbook lists evidence collection tools that law enforcement agencies may wish to consider for crime scene processing. If the investigator does not know how to collect the evidence, please contact the crime lab for specific instructions.

Procedures at the digital crime scene include: • Protection of the crime scene. • Keep the evidence. • Establish a chain of custody. • Confirm evidence. Ensuring crime scene safety The crime scene is the most important aspect of evidence collection and preservation. The crime scene is defined as "the place where the crime occurred (or any other place where evidence of crime could be found)". The area including Whiting is based mainly on the fiber connecting the girl and Whiting van. Matching of materials in the case is extremely important to the incident, linking a girl to Whiting has resulted in a conviction ("large-scale forensic discovery" in Sarah case, 2001). Houck & Siegel (2006, p. 57) explains pollution as follows.

Criminal investigators have various responsibilities at crime scenes. They will walk around the crime scene, look for evidence, and gather it in a very special way to protect it from contamination. CSI can take pictures of scenes and later draw sketches for entertainment and courtroom presentations. Evidence that CSI may collect on crime scenes include fingerprints, body fluids, weapons and so on. When researchers collect evidence, he or she also catalogs them as they are transferred to the laboratory. Investigators must also present their findings to other people in their teams, lawyers, and in many cases trials. The investigator's work schedule may vary. Since crime never sleeps, working at night or on holidays is very common.
