To make it easier to learn the structure and conceptual basis of health services, this book is made up of a system framework. One of the main goals of Chapter 1 is to broadly understand how the United States provides medical services. The impact of performance indicators on the quality of the evaluation of the system will give rise to evaluation gaps (chapter 5 and Figure 1). We found that the assessment gap has a great influence on knowledge production, from research agenda, researcher's behavior, identity to research content (Chapter 6). Interestingly, we observe that astronomers have two opposite scientific concepts: the concept of "internal" and its essential value, and the concept of "system". This means that in their daily research life astronomers use external motivation to carry out science and that their essential values ​​and motivations remain their ideals I mean it.
