In this chapter we will critically consider how the change in feminist values will affect the contribution to criminal science. This is based on the recommendations reviewed by Becker (1967), Morris, Woodward and Peters (1998), and recently Librin (2001) and Cohen (2011). What kind of aspects are taken when conducting research? The "two-sided" problem reflects concerns raised by feminist researchers of modernist and post-modernism, so they were put together at once to form the central theme of this chapter. These issues include not only the value basis of the research (Roman and Apple, 1990; Oakley, 2000; Noddings 2003) but also the practices of power supporting research and theoretical generation (Wolf, 1992, Davis 2008). In this chapter we will explore five value-related tensions that affect today's feminist criminal science. The problems inherent in these tensions are concerns about research, and how to study, in theory, female crime, and inevitably the risk of female violation. Feminist criminology has been required to challenge not only sexism but also other discrimination acts within the criminal justice system. Chesney-Lind (2006) and Burgess-Proctor (2006) have used age, class, gender, race, and gender to understand crime, but in this theory the influence of these micro factors I have not considered it sufficiently. I will cross. In this chapter we will first examine the value of feminism and cross impact and how contributions of age, class, sex, sex, race, gender to crime contribute to the future development of criminal logic theory.

This concern for feminist criminology and criminal science is trying to explain criminal behavior related to women. It includes a wide range of issues facing women in the criminal justice system and society. Feminist criminology is still a relatively new subfield of criminal science. It was developed in the 1970s, but it has just started to gather attention in the past 30 years. Because this is related to crime, it is a field that focuses on the bias of women's problems. According to surveys so far, women have not committed crimes as much as men and have committed less violent crimes than men. But it is equally important to understand how they commit crimes. Legislators may establish laws based on the theoretical interpretation of criminal acts. Therefore, the theory of conformity for both men and women is important.

During this semester, I learned a lot about criminology. I learned the difference between criminal justice and criminal study. Criminal study is a study of crime and criminal behavior (Hagan p. 453). On the other hand, criminal justice is a law enforcement system used at all stages of police, lawyers, courts, disciplinary measures ("Criminal Justice | Definition of Criminal Justice at Dictionary.com"). It is also considered a practical system

Criminal justice and criminal studies have tremendous growth over the past few years due to the widespread availability in the criminal law and criminal justice field at the undergraduate and graduate level and the increased admission rate in the US and internationally I am experiencing. . Paradigm shift in evolution involves the definition of cyber crime in academic disciplines and practical terms. Although it has been recognized for a long time as a major field of sociology, criminal studies itself is an independent discipline field, an academic field that continues to evolve. Today, criminology is still of a theoretical nature, but because of its more focused, it is more relevant to academic and practitioner concerns in criminal justice and related professional services.
