Changes and corrections

Add middle name (Included in birth registration, but not included in birth certificate).

Modifying is not the same as changing the certificate. For example, since renaming or changing the name of a child is not a correction, various processes are applied.

Changing your child's name is an important personal choice for you and your child. Be sure to register a new name and obtain a new birth certificate.

In order to change driver's license or last name of bank account, a marriage certificate is required. Or change name certificate.

To change the information on social security number record (ie, date of birth or correction of name or citizenship), submit a document certifying your identity, support the requested change, determine the reason for the change Have to. Correction changes (often referred to as "errors") are the most common changes related to maintenance work. In most cases, these changes are triggered by user-generated error reports. It is worth noting that the problem report submitted by the user may actually be a system enhancement rather than an error. Adaptive changes are caused by changes in the environment in which the software resides. Adaptive changes may also be caused by operating system, hardware, software dependency changes, and even organization of business rules and policies. These changes to the environment can cause changes to other parts of the software. For example, updating to a server, compiler, etc., or changing to a shipping company or payment processor may affect the functionality of the software.
