In 1670, a private colony established by Charles II. A large site was built around the port city of Charleston. John Rock wrote their constitution. In 1663, England repeated his previous claim against this area, as Charles II gave the eight "gods" of Greater Carolina the right. In 1670, the new owner decided to settle today in Charlestown, South Carolina. Ten years later, they took Spaniards safely from St. Catherine Island. The Spanish power center retreated to Florida, but the blood competition with the UK has been going on for decades. In 1732 George II transferred the land between Savannah and the Altamaha River to the group of General James Oglethorpe and other councilors; thanks to it, the trustee named the king a colony. In recent years, colonies with ownership have hardly succeeded, leading to a change in business form. According to this arrangement, the benefits of the trustee from the joint venture and the articles of incorporation are expected to be returned to officials after 21 years.

In 1729, the life of James Oglethorp was about to change. Last year, one of his friends, Robert Castel, was detained in the fleet prison of London for his debts. At that time the prisoner was forced to pay the cost of the prison official to get decent accommodation. I could not pay and Castel was imprisoned in the ceiling. Castel's death caused by this illness led to the Oglethorpe national movement to reform England's prison. Oglethorpe was appointed chairman of the investigation prison parliamentary committee and witnessed the terrible situation he faced, the prisoner's abuse and extortion. He is also shocked that so many British citizens are faced with imprisonment for no other reason due to debt.
