The business environment is constantly changing. Every day new stuff appears in the business. New ideas born in business work well, remain in the business environment, fail, and are removed from the business environment. When these ideas accepted by the business environment begin to be used in the market, it is important that the new company will start using them. New and old companies can not accept new ideas and can reject them using all available economic tools.
Organizational Behavior Business Changes in the environment indicate behaviors that change it. Factors that contribute to changes in the business environment include engineers, competition, and information and communications processing. Without the conscious efforts of the leader, there is a possibility that some change may occur suddenly in the organization. Changes that occur without people's efforts are unplanned changes (Jain & Tandan, 2006). Meanwhile, planned changes may be initiated by organization leaders to achieve specific goals and objectives. Both planned and unplanned changes encounter resistance. Resistance can be hidden. Implicit or public / clear. Classification of resistance to change can be categorized as tissue resistance or individual resistance (Toyne & Nigh, 1999).
Changes are inevitable in the life of the organization. In today's business world, most organizations are facing dynamic and changing business environments. They should change or die, there is no third choice. Learning the change, the organization corresponding to it grows and grows, people who do not do so are excluded. The main forces forming each organization exist in a specific context, the organization itself is not an island. Everyone, such as consumers, suppliers, cooperatives, shareholders, governments, etc., always needs to talk with other organizations and individuals. Every organization has environmental goals and responsibilities. Today's environment is dynamic and will continue to be vibrant
