If we are not satisfied with them, there are lots of things we can change in our lives. For example, if we are overweight you can change it. If we dislike our work, we can change it. If you do not like being in a relationship, we can change that. If you want more friends, you can change it. The choice is ours. But it is important to know that there is something in our life that we can not change, no matter how hard we try. Wisdom knows not what we can change, but we know what we can change. Then we can change our ability and concentrate on accepting things we can not do. Doing so will bring peace, tranquility, happiness, and freedom.
