Chandrashekhar Azad

In 1921 when Mahatma Gandhi began an uncooperative movement, Chandrasek Azad actively participated in revolutionary activities. He was punished for the first time at the age of 15 when he was arrested while being indulged in revolutionary activities. He appeared before the judge. When the local method officer asked for his name, he said "Azad" (meaning "freedom"). The Magistrate sentenced him 15 pops. Every time I hit a whip, the young Chandrasekhar shouted "Bharat Mata ki jai". Since then, Chandrashekhar was awarded the title of Azad and is known as Chandrashekhar Azad. After being released, Chandrashekhar Azad pledges that he will never be caught by British police never to die as a free man.

On February 27, 1931, Chandrashekhar Azad met two comrades at Alfred Park in Allahabad. He was betrayed by an information provider and talked to British police about his whereabouts. The police surrounded the park and ordered Chandrashekhar Azad to surrender. However, Chandrashekhar Azad refused to surrender and fought bravely by himself. He murdered three policemen, but found himself surrounded and could not see the way of escape. Therefore, he promised that he should not be caught by British police.

Chandrashekhar Azad abandoned his life in that country when he was 25 years old. He knows there is no way to escape, but he refuses to surrender and likes to give up his life. When I was young, how many people have the courage to sacrifice our lives for my country?

In February 1931, when Chandrashekhar Azad went to Sitapur prison to meet Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi, the student asked him to see Jawaharlal Nehru at Allahabad. When Chandrashekhar Azad went to Nehru to meet Anand, he refused to listen to Chandrasekhar. After losing anger, Chandrashekhar Azad and his partner Sukhdev Raj went to Alfred Park. He is discussing with the scuff about the future police surrounding his plan. Azad began to shoot a pistol from his pocket and began shooting a bullet. Azad broke Sukhdev, but faced England alone. Both camps were bombarded, but when Chandra Shecard had only one bullet remaining, he found it difficult to stand up against the police. Chandrasekhar Azad said he would never come to the police on site. On February 27, 1931, when he played this verse at Elfred Park, he sacrificed his stain on his bullet.
