The first five years of a child's life is most important in neurology. (Derman-Sparks, 2012, p.46) Educators must understand these children and their families to effectively form the future ideas that they teach. All schools and all grade have many challenges and misunderstandings. In a multicultural environment, these may be based on ethnic identity, economic class, culture, sexual orientation and personal ability / disability. Challenges will arise based on child and instinctive instillation to that facility.

As emphasis is placed on repeated learning and exam preparation, the global education system faces criticism of failing to expose children to the challenges of modern society. In this regard, we call for a new learning ecosystem that allows young people not only to respond to it, but also to shape the future they want. One example is School 21 in East London. The unique educational approach of the school is based on six attributes of success in the 21st century - expertise (to master the basics of learning), professionalism (ready to learn), eloquence (find your voice), courage (Overcoming frustration) Spark (making new things) and crafts (making beautiful works). They offer one-to-one tutorial and personal support for each student. Their curriculum emphasizes verbal communication and the root of learning is in real world practice projects exhibited in normal community activities.

I have always asked people to say that education is not over, I saw it happening through my educational trip. My educational journey began in 1991 when I was 6 years old and received primary education in my hometown Rwanda. The school is near my house and my parents encourage us not to miss the course. This harmony was disturbed by the massacre of the 4th grade in 1994. In 1995 when we returned from Burundi, I re-entered my 4th grade and continued on to 6th graders. Many challenges brought about as a result of war, such as poverty, lack of family support, security instability, etc., led me to 6th grade before letting me go to high school.
