In this article, we introduce a pilot project aimed at creating a new structure for community-based learning and research at the Morgridge Public Service Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is based on a European science store model that democratizes the campus community partnership through mutual respect and shared value of verification. In the past two decades, most Dutch universities have more than one science store. The central store deals with research subjects in all fields. Specialty shops are part of chemistry or medical, history and social sciences. The store is developed in various ways, but its main work is to support social groups that are in short supply of resources, scarcely accessible to scientific knowledge such as region, environment, 3rd world, patient community, etc. . Most people are also supporting non-profit organizations such as schools, unions, local governments and so on.
