In our coaching model, we integrated four practice lines. Firstly, in content planning, emphasis is placed on improving understanding of mathematics, developing learner-centered tasks, and building learning maps to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment.

Second, the formative evaluation strategy enhances and improves guidance by evaluating students' learning. Third, we will guide simulation of effective educational strategies and practices. Fourth, classroom management helps to develop the learner community and classroom culture, so the teacher can reach all learners.

Through external evaluation, our products have been proven to improve student's academic performance and improve student and teacher's view on mathematics.

On average, the teacher's knowledge participating in our course has increased by 88%, and their student status test results show that they are considerably superior to their peers in horizontal and vertical research of teacher effect It showed that it is.

Mathematical Center Mathematical Center provides peer tutors for students with low level math courses. The purpose of the mathematical center is to provide short-term aid while helping students become independent learners. Mathematical center is in Cerhall's room S310, American students are available for walk-in classes and regular group coaching sessions. Our tutor is chosen by the advice of the teacher. Instructors need to prioritize lower grade students, but highly trained people help solve other mathematical problems when there is time. The purpose of mathematical center is to promote mathematical thinking. At the center, I teach various subjects such as calculus, linear algebra, statistics, differential equation and so on. This center consists of mathematical researchers and is a special undergraduate group chosen by undergraduate for the desire to help mathematical achievements and the success of others. Mathematical researchers are trained to acquire excellent skills for problem solving and to guide learners through mathematical understanding process.

The aim of mathematical center (sometimes called mathematical laboratory) is to assist students to successfully complete one of Allen Hancock's mathematics courses by providing additional educational resources. The leaders of the UChicago Charter adopted a similar approach to reduce inequality and improve student math scores. In collaboration with experts from the elementary school mathematical science education center (CEMSE) of the University of Chicago, they introduced mathematics curriculum throughout the school and developed "mathematical recognition - ability to think and solve problems".
