Like today, it is often said that censorship is often seen everywhere, from ambiguous images of television to blank words on the radio. It can be described as an act or practice of putting annoying things in moral, political, military, and other ways. Censorship system is always present, and it is done by various groups such as government. Sometimes there are religious groups, companies, mass media and so on. Each country has a censorship system, each country has its own review guidelines.
With the release of "V chip" in the television industry in 1997, a new option for censorship was born. The V-chip provides a "T.V." rating for each TV show, allowing you, the audience, and the weather to decide if the program is obnoxious or obscene. The V chip will have the power of review within your hands. The same concept of the rating system has been introduced into several broadcast programs designed to be used by the video game industry, the Internet, and mature viewers. Due to the establishment of the Patriot Act in 2001, many Americans do not know whether our fourth revision's right will be all the rights we lose or just the beginning. Right now, we are in danger of losing the right of first amendment. "Ideological police", also known as the Federal Communications Commission, suppresses our ability to express true emotions by criticizing our high fines for punishment. The Federal Communications Commission's main objective can be achieved by using alternatives to censorship systems like V-chips without revoking our initial amendment.
Since the beginning of television broadcasting, the main purpose of TV censorship was to avoid censorship by the government. Just like reviewing movies and broadcasts in front of them, they turned their attention to self-censorship and tried to avoid censorship from outside the industry. In 1922 the famous "Production Code" was promulgated by Wilheiser's filmmaker and American distributor. That's for this ridiculous "moral" code, Lucy and Ricky.
