Introduction Review is a dirty word for information professionals. Individuals or groups trying to limit the ability of the public to read, hear, and view specific materials are sufficient to send librarians and organizations (such as the American Library Association) to the famous battlefield. However, information specialists in all fields must choose what to include, not included in a particular library collection. How are these choices made?

B. Differentiation between review and selection: Teachers, principals, school administrators have decided which books and materials to keep, add or exclude from the course. I do not receive censors every time I read a book on the reading list, but you can do so if you decide to delete a book because you are hostile to the contained ideas. As pointed out by the National English Teachers Council (NCTE) and the International Reading Association (IRA) there are important differences between the selection of specialized guidelines and the censorship system. Teachers need to choose books and other teaching materials to maximize the educational level of their students, not all books. I do not have time to read everything. When prejudice and personal emotions interfere with the selection process, the censorship system will be in our school system.

The level of Internet censorship and supervision in a country is divided into four categories. There is no universal, substantial, selective, little review or director. This classification is based on the classification and evaluation of Freedom House 's FreeNet report which supplements information from the US State Department' s national report on the OpenNet initiative (ONI), the Borderless Reporters (RWB), and human rights practices.
