I think that the plan created by CEO of Cedar Fair will work as it seems to be customer focused focus. An important strategy is a comprehensive behavioral strategy for producing products or services that meet the needs of specific competitive segments (Hitt, Ireland, & Hoskisson, 2013, p. 118). Cedar Fair Entertainment offers a well-balanced blend of thrill rides and family attractions, as well as water works. Water Works contains activities for guests of all ages, including water slides, torrent rivers, surf-able waves, 650 thousand gallons waves pool (WaterWorks is included in Kings Dominion (Kings Dominion, 2013)). To the price.
Cedar Point is located in 364 acres of Erie Lake in Sandusky, Ohio. It is owned by Cedar Expo Entertainment, it opened in 1870 and is the second old running amusement park in the USA. There are 17 full running roller coasters, the latest one is Valravn. To name a few, other major roller coasters include Top Thrill Dragster, Millennium Force, Gate Keeper and others. You can do a variety of things regardless of age. Just the last week when I went, I met a couple of 70-year-old couples who went several times a week because they had a season ticket. In addition to all the roller coasters, Cedar Point has many restaurants and dining halls. There are lots of food, but they have many options for sitting and eating. When you first enter the Cedar Point, you will see not only some roller coasters, but also many fair games and huge prizes.
Snoopy is now the official mascot of all Cedar Fair parks. Previously it was used for all park logos, but it was deleted. Cedar Fair opens the camp Snoopy area of Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Worlds of Fun, Valleyfair with various attractions that have peanuts themed until 2011, and also has Camp Snoopy Area in Cedar Point and Knott's Berry Farm. In 2008, Cedar Point released Planet Snoopy, a former child-friendly area of peanuts playground. This area includes families and children's rides that have moved from the Cedar Point sister park Geauga Lake after closing. Vehicles are inspired by peanuts' characters. There is also a "Kids Only" restaurant called Joe Cool Cafe (adult small menu) in this area. In 2010, Planet Snoopy replaced the area of Nickelodeon Central and Nickelodeon Universe of the former Paramount Park (Great America in California, Wonderland of Canada, Caroline, Kings Dominion, Kings' Island) with Planet Snoopy.
There was a cartoon lion on the logo of the original Michigan adventure. When the Cedar Fair acquired the park in 2001, they replaced Lion and Snoopy with Peanuts that appeared on the signs of the other Cedar Expo parks. The logo has been changed twice in 2007; it once reflected a part of the Michigan expedition in the cedar fair chain, and re-added Snoopy. After Cedar Fair acquired Paramount Park, all of those parks received a new logo of the same font and style.
