Causes of indiscipline among students in selected secondary schools in Kathonzweni District, Kenya

The main objective of this study was to identify the main causes of secondary discipline discipline in the Kathonzweni area and to provide a possible solution to the disciplinary problem. It is also aimed at finding techniques to develop effective fields at secondary schools in Kenya. According to the findings, in order to maintain school discipline, students must comply with school rules and regulations. Teachers should use teaching and counseling methods at schools to fulfill their role and enhance effective training. However, the data collected in this study were coded and analyzed by using a frequency table for qualitative and quantitative statistical representation, and interpretation of the frequency table was essentially uncontrolled. The results of the survey show that disciplinary action at public schools in Kathonzweni is due to lack of guidance and counseling, pressure from peers, drugs, and inappropriate systems to implement school rules and regulations, It did not approve participation in school management of the school. Therefore, schools should be institutions that help students achieve academic performance. As the students grow, they respect their lives and learn to maintain dignity. Schools should establish clear rules and rules to enhance effective discipline. Also, in order to influence the subjects of the Katongswani Secondary School, the teacher should cooperate to instruct and consult the students, the opinions of the students should be respected and answered by the teacher. System Finally, the government should not be harsh and ruthless to students. The principal should also cooperate with the teacher to maintain appropriate discipline at school. Every teacher should work toward the common goal of shaping students and be a good country and leader in the future.

Therefore, to find a solution it is necessary to find the root cause of non discipline among junior high school students. From this point of view, researchers are interested in junior high school students to identify factors that violate discipline. It is designed to provide solutions on how our education system should be. Statement of the problem For many years the problem of school discipline continues. These behaviors are done by a student alone or as a group leading to riots and riots. There is no doubt that students' discipline often interferes with effective instruction, learning, and training of useful members of society. Therefore, some parents seem to deny parents' roles and responsibilities to children.
