The fear of fear is a developed feeling that should preserve us from what we might injure our body. It is based on past experience and "instinct" or instinct. In today's world, many fears can go back to the irrational paranoia caused by media and movies. This form of the media evokes many emotions about violence, plane crashes, and other rare events. People are used to seeing they think that this is very common.
Regardless of the nature of the threat, fear is the main cause of prejudice. Fear is caused by unknown information or ignorance (lack of knowledge) for certain things or specific groups. If ignorance leads to fear and fear leads to prejudice, an increase in knowledge and information such as groups that encounter fear will reduce fear and thus reduce prejudice. However, this is not necessarily the case. In order to prevent the actual decrease, certain conditions on the kind of contact between the groups must be satisfied. For example, the connections between groups and individuals must be positive, and they must have a relatively equal social status. They should share common goals and the resources between them rarely conflict. Several governmental authorities should also support and encourage such a connection. Prejudice is the underlying part of a person's character, but it is a habit that can be broken.
What is the reason behind fear? Or, what caused fear Joseph LeDoux (quoted by Dzierzak in 2008) stated that fear was caused by the stimulation of the threat and added that we experienced the same fear. In addition, Michael Lewis (quotation by Dzierzak, 2008) points out that fear can be infiltrated into individuals through personal experience or by learning from the surrounding people. The reasons for terror differ depending on the person. Everyone may be afraid for some reason, but the reason is different. Overall, there are too many reasons for fear. There may be cause of infinite fear. Fear can go through the hearts of people in a variety of unique ways.
