This category applies to dangerous situations encountered by people using roads, such as drivers, cyclists, pedestrians.

Sometimes you can eliminate the dangers associated with driving one step. Looking at your road hazards inventory, some vehicle hazards fall into this category. If the windshield of the vehicle breaks or the brake light breaks down, you can remove these dangers by doing the necessary repairs. If the employee can not safely satisfy the operating requirements for the work because the equipment does not function as expected, purchase appropriate equipment to eliminate these dangers. Often, driving hazards include dynamic external factors such as other drivers, bad weather, changes in road conditions, individual drivers and employers can not actually control. However, the employer can control whether the employee will drive in tough road conditions. The driver can control how to operate and how to deal with difficult traffic situations

Some car accidents are not due to driver's negligence but also due to road dangers. Road dangers include objects falling from animals, rough roads, gravel, irregular edges, unequal stretch joints, smooth surfaces, stagnant water, debris, snow, ice, or construction sites or other vehicles included. In some cases, everyone should not be held responsible for road dangers. When wild animals, snow, ice or other natural conditions cause accidents, responsibility can not be attributed to anyone. However, in other cases, certain identifiable individuals or organizations may cause traffic accidents. For example, governments and construction companies that design and construct roads may be in charge of particularly stormy roads and bumpy edges. In some cases, residence water is caused by inadvertently designed roads, which is an unreasonable danger.
