Our children live in a fantasy-based world with media that most people can access. This medium does not require complicated skills to get information, which is why manga is a double-edged sword. We know that cartoons should be good for them as it is targeting children, but it depends on parent program and child management. Most of the children have been drawn into the television world long before entering the school. In an article written by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) in 2009, it is reported that all children under the age of 6 in the United States had been watching screen media on average about 2 hours per day (1495-1) .

We can still say that it is not culturally adapted to ubiquitous information, inaccessible access to each other, and accumulated knowledge.
