Human relations lies at the heart of a successful learning community. The love school community will help foster relationships between students, school staff and parents. And these relationships are characterized by real warmth and interest. Students and adults spend time understanding each other and appreciating each other. They understand each other's interests, opinions, ideas and respect each other

Every day morning and ending event, let students practice social skills and get acquainted with each other

Interdisciplinary partner activities, students work with older or younger students of other grades

Weekly family contact activities to help students and their families discuss discussions on this week's social development priorities

The love school community program provides a detailed and comprehensive daily lesson that directly educates children about the social skills necessary to succeed in school and life. The social skills involved in the course fall into four categories.

New year skills such as learning classrooms and school rules and procedures, following it, and learning to deal with each other in a nominal way

Monitor functional attention and execute functional skills such as focusing as necessary. Weekly lessons focus on social skills and throughout the year students have the opportunity to learn and practice all the skills many times.

The Love School Community Program is another school based intervention. This popular elementary curriculum focuses on building a "community" in classrooms, schools, and home environments. Community support for the outcome will help children cope when they are successful at school and stress and other problems occur. For designated interventions for high school students, the "drug abuse program" focuses on students who are not successful at school and are not engaged in drug abuse and other problem behaviors. The program is aimed at rebuilding students' interests in schools and their future, correcting their misunderstandings of drug abuse, and strengthening protective elements, including aggressive decisions and promises.

Participants are constantly striving to improve the nature and impact of the partnership in a compassionate school community. Although interactions with educators, parents, students, and people in the community are not always smooth and successful, the partnership program builds the foundation for respect and trust. Excellent partnerships are maintained and further strengthened after problems, conflicts, debate, tolerate differences, to provide mechanisms and processes to solve problems, and even after the differences are resolved. Without this solid foundation there is definitely a difference between the school and the students, making it more difficult to solve the problem. (1995, p. 703)

All paradigm schools in the United States use the love school community model to restructure and maintain a safe and high-quality school culture. Other American paradigm schools indicate that if nursing culture becomes standard, students may have positive results. Schradigm Schools won domestic and regional awards as it successfully built a safe and thoughtful school community, allowing students to learn and grow. This well studied course is designed to promote fairness, personal responsibility, goodwill, trust and support throughout the school community, and to define the school as a common foundation for everyone. In addition, this model allows teachers to understand each student, their families, personal learning styles truly and understand their own contexts that affect each student's learning experience. Initially, our goal was to take care of the school and create an environment that makes students feel secure and connected.
