Care one stop covers a wide range of occupations including high school diplomas and occupations not requiring higher education. Visitors can access databases of more than 600 occupations in various ways, such as occupation, employment trends, most needed work, "green" professions. The unique point of CareerOneStop is that the professional profile of each province is personalized. Each summary contains a brief description and video that can only be viewed using Windows Media Player or Real Player. Video narrative, closed title, about 1:30; many also have Spanish version. Users can select the amount of additional information they want to display for each occupation. The option is a table that allows you to compare wage and employment trends between the state selected by the user and the whole country.

You can think of hundreds of different career paths. There are some that may not even know you exist! Please spend some time exploring. CareerOneStop gives an overview of carrier search in over 900 carrier paths. You can learn about payroll information, job growth forecasts, different jobs, and the type of training you need. CareerOneStop also provides a professional and clustered video to help you visualize what is going on in your career. You do not have to stop searching online for job hunting activities. Another way to explore career choices is to talk to someone you know. For example, let's tell your friends about their parents' career. Or talk with your own relatives or neighbors. If their career sounds interesting, try to schedule time to talk with them.
