Career Project

As my career project grew, I was repeatedly told that my wonderful career choice is to become a lawyer. Whether it is a skill I speak in public, an attitude of self-righteousness, confidence, I seem to have been a great success as a lawyer. As my family has lots of lawyers, this always seems to be an attractive idea. And to be honest, the money earned as a lawyer got my attention. Lawyers have been a fundamental necessity in society. This project helped me further explore the cause and master whether it is a good choice for me.

The world of work has shifted from career to project. In the professional world, you go to school and find the company you are working in your career. The employer will pay the retired blonde pension, and you will have some leisure time in the evening before some death after work. Probably in Florida. The world of the project is different. Even if this is the company you made, you can not work in the same company for more than five years. While employers may somehow contribute to your retirement, I know that people under the age of 40 will start working somewhere and they will retire from there. Regardless of cause or influence, the time for employees to receive training, coaching, training has changed dramatically. Not to mention the new generation of leaders and managers that are about to grow, there is a tendency to build a culturally friendly culture. Contrary to organizational practice, self-sufficiency and personal responsibility

Today, from project to project, from professional to professional, from business to business, this situation is common until you stick to it. If you are an employee please do not waste your time. Let's invest in careers you care very much. If you are an ambitious entrepreneur, do not risk your own money unless it is what you truly love.
