Likewise, organizations can meet their own internal, value-added human resource needs only if it meets the employee's professional needs.

The term "development" in the field of human resource management relates to career and capacity development, human resources and management development. Career and capacity development are related to international training and job rotation. Management's development is aimed at identifying, forecasting and promoting international management positions.
