The choice of career in India is largely dependent on trends. The trend when I graduated from high school was engineering or medicine. The decision to use engineering as my career area is affected by this trend. From wells to families, I received material care and emotional nutrition. The long-standing work at the degree in electrical engineering was compromised by excessive participation in the party. Despite spending time attending the party, my understanding of these topics is by no means average.
PURPOSE: This paper aims to investigate the influence of various factors on the career selection of Indian management student students. It also explores the importance of different individuals in the family and the career choice between these students. In addition, this research aims to address the relationship between cultural values. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affected career choices in UK medical students. Students from seven institutions were invited to evaluate the importance of various factors that influence their interest in pursuing their career choice and a different occupation. The impact of interpersonal networks on occupation selection was also appreciated. 641 responses were collected. 44% (283) are male, 16% (105) are graduates, and 41% (263) are last year's students.

When I got a master's degree in agriculture in 1982, the main purpose of promoting career choice in India was employment security and social position. Therefore, the first choice is based on government efforts, preferably competition tests from the Alliance Public Service Commission. Since then, public sector banks have seen employment stability. The private sector (excluding multinational companies) is least popular due to low wages, work is not secure for them, social status is negligible. Multinational companies are preferred for their high salaries and personnel practices. For obvious reasons, the input industry is at the bottom. There are few multinational companies other than the agricultural chemicals field, and other input industries have many local companies lacking stability except for fertilizer and agricultural mechanization.
