Capital Punishment Must be Abolished

The death penalty must be abolished. For most people, the death penalty is a controversial matter. Supporters claim that it can repeat repeatedly offenders, block potential murderers and become ultimate revenge. Opponents condemned it as killing, arguing that rather than bringing deterrence but promoting violence, insisted that the innocent brought the opportunity to be executed. The assertions against law enforcement agencies are most impressive for discussions raised by both sides and my personal beliefs.

The debate that the death penalty must be abolished with the advent of new ideas and 18th century ideas is counterproductive. Casare Beccaria is an outstanding person accusing the use of the death penalty in his publication "Crime and Punishment". This includes not crime prevention but general condemnation on the death penalty and the use of those corrupt people. People from different countries are divided into two competitive ideas to abolish or preserve the death penalty for each symbolic reason. Both arguments come from different aspects of human knowledge.

The ban on capital punishment is a cruel and obsolete concept and must be abolished under the name of a civilized society. Humanitarian culture can not eradicate human beings eradicated systematically under the name of justice.
