Capital Punishment and Torture

Because the death penalty is a form of torture in modern society, it is not a morally acceptable practice and should not be regarded as an acceptable form of penalty for any criminal act. The purpose of punishment is to properly condemn the criminal to provide justice to the victim. This can be achieved by applying punishment without violating our ethical standards. It is still sufficient to punish perpetrators while being opposed by the victims.

While keeping in mind that most forms of death penalty are very painful, some authorities severely separated the history of torture itself from the history of the death penalty in the study of the history of torture. Torture becomes gorgeous discipline, and coordinated violence has two functions: investigating and creating confession and attacking the body as a form of punishment. All urban populations will appear in public plazas and will be witnessed by torture. People who "survived" from torture are usually bought and babies like to throw feces into their hair and mouth.

Forms of punishment include death penalty, imprisonment, probation, fines, compensation and community service, as well as justice for recovery. (Seiter, R. 2011) In the early 1700s, there were corporal punishment, torture and humiliation of the public. There are other forms of punishment including branding, beating, disappointment. It is thought that prisoners of war are not humans because of criminal acts. They are compelled to correct the mistakes they did
