Capital Punishment and Torture

Because the death penalty is a form of torture in modern society, it is not a morally acceptable practice and should not be regarded as an acceptable form of penalty for any criminal act. The purpose of punishment is to accuse criminals appropriately to provide justice to victims. This can be achieved by applying a penalty without violating our ethical standards. It is still sufficient to punish perpetrators while being opposed by the victims.

In the study of the history of torture, some authorities strictly separated the history of torture itself from the history of the death penalty, but stated that most forms of death penalty are extremely painful. Torture becomes gorgeous discipline and coordinated violence has two functions: investigating and creating confession and attacking the body as a form of punishment. People throughout the town will appear in public plazas to see torture and persecution. People who "survived" from torture are usually purchased with bare feet and children like to throw feces into their hair and mouth.

Forms of punishment include death penalty, imprisonment, probation, fines, compensation and community service, as well as a recovery trial. (Seiter, R. 2011) In the early 1700s, there were corporal punishment, torture and humiliation of the public. There are other forms of punishment including branding, beating, and striking. It is thought that prisoners of war are not humans because of criminal acts. They are compelled to correct the mistakes they did

Modern society recognizes that prisoners should be handled humanely according to human rights obligations. Some offenders have committed terrible crimes but misrepresented that violence can solve the problem, there is no practical purpose for death penalty, torture, or prisoner abuse.
