Canada Should Sell Water to America

Since over 70% of the earth is covered with water, people think that everyone has enough water. However, this description is incorrect. Citizens should be concerned about state and federal legislation, including state water purification. Unfortunately, many legislators want to review it, cancel it, or fix it.
