Can Women Climb the Corporate Ladder Without Sacrifices?

Women have long been regarded as child rearing or housewives in society, but women have changed in recent decades; women seem to be more economically self-reliant by joining labor force than working as housewives became. Women are changing the labor market of American companies today, but they are not confident of the confidence of men working in the same field. In today's society, there are few women who actively compete in the leadership of American companies, so whether women can maintain the same position as men, regardless of their attitude or confidence in women.

Conversation has always been developed around feminist and women's rights (and is considered as a matter of course), but there was a slow change in male discussion.
