Can Murder be Morally Just?

In short stories "killing" and "movies in the bedroom" many questions are cast if the murder is more moral than other murders. Can two murders be morally different if one is entrusted by a truly gentle person and the other is committed by a lazy and cumbersome, totally sneaky person? Victims and murderers are united and isolated (Kennedy 77) because "the murderer's blade cuts both sides." The environment is very small, and lobster fishing and the sea play an important role in the daily life of the inhabitants.

Objective morality means that not only does a specific moral system or moral judgment system comply with their own subjective opinion, but it is also true. Supporters of this theory believe that descriptions such as "murder is wrong" can be as objective and truth as "1 + 1 =". The root of objective morality has been confirmed, there is no preliminary verification that morality is not subjective.

Morality is universal, absolute and immutable (yes) or culturally relative, variable and artificial (non)?

For Hume, morality is not a fact derived from experience. To prove his claim, he suggested that we investigate so-called moral errors like murder.
