Camping – My Only Refuge

I spent a week in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve. As part of the annual immigration of Porcupine Caribou Herd, 50 thousand reindeer went to my camp for two days. I was fascinated by the annihilation and flow of herds and stared for hours for a long time, being confused by the mysterious power that seemed to determine their movements.
