The Remote Ticketing Entry (RTE) is a free program provided by JULIE for excavators working in Illinois wishing to enter and send their location information. RTE is a web-based application that works with any Internet browser.

RTE is fast, convenient and easy to use. Users can enter and send location requests anytime, anywhere from their workplace, home or mobile carrier.

The user enters his information in the location request input form and accesses the same map and drop down input tool as the JULIE operator when processing the request.

RTE provides an alternative call to JULIE and waits to stay during a very busy call

Provide RTE users with a list of utilities and their JULIE ticket numbers to be notified immediately after sending the location request.
