Throughout the semester, we have learned a lot about health, and how this different ideology affects us and the environment. While understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each health ideology, there is a theme that develops around the most interesting, inclusive and most informative ideology. The idea is that we influence ourselves by affecting nature. From all perspectives, this idea can be thought of as truth, but only a few people can understand it. Cultures such as traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda believe this concept and integrate it into existence and everyday culture.

In many cases, what we have taught is much deeper and more powerful than the effect of natural organic resources. Why is this? Is that a good thing? Do we believe in ourselves and our true nature or do you believe what we teach? There is no simple answer because life experience alone can classify them for us. The impact may also involve us in actions that are appropriate for our perception of certain situations. When we are happy, we may try to associate with others; we may attack when we are angry; we may flee when we are afraid I do not think so.

We experience emotions in the form of emotions and emotions. Emotion refers to a positive or negative emotion in our daily life. Most of the time, our mood is relatively good, positive emotion brings some positive results - it does what we have to do and maximize what we are doing Promote utilization (Isen, 2003). If we are happy, our thought process is open and the chances of getting closer to others will be higher. When we are happy, we are more kind and helpful to others than to feel bad. We may think more creative (De Dreu, Baas, and Nijstad, 2008). On the other hand, when we are in a bad mood, we tend to be with ourselves rather than interacting with other people and their creativity will be affected.
