In the business environment, people spend too much time and energy on the conference. Regardless of whether the setting is a business organization, a nonprofit organization, or a small business, a meeting is a common way for individuals to gather information and make decisions. In Kirkpatrick's (1987) book "How to Plan and Implement Productive Business Meetings" he is trying to reconstruct the meeting in a more productive way after analyzing the meeting in detail.
