Administrators and management methods have various styles, but management theory is the most important. Management theory describes the specific actions known to achieve business goals. The four main management theories are classical science, behavior, politics, and accidentality. When implemented in a commercial environment, these have different styles, results, and many similarities and differences.
Regardless of the size of the business management style, management can be viewed as leadership and leadership has various styles for managing business and people who work for it. Manage the business based on the underlying assumptions, culture, values, beliefs, and attitudes of culture or business. The basic problem of small business management is that the owner can not decide the management style that fits the business needs and development stage. In the early stages of the business, the family-run style led to a single show. According to the improvement of the business environment, the traditional style can not be postponed. Especially in financial management, the business owner can not separate the business from the family's financial management. In addition, they are well planned, managed, and are not reported periodically. This is because there is no proper foundation for the accounting system. The effect is that it is difficult for small business owner to cooperate with banks and other financial institutions. The purpose of this report is to consider and provide a critical analysis (agree / disagree) when SMEs need different management methods from large companies. In modern business environments, SMEs need different management styles from large enterprises. Therefore, this report first outlines the differences between small and medium enterprises and large companies and their characteristics. In addition, the report examines various management approaches and attempts to demonstrate that contributions to small businesses are adding to the support of these style's strategic relationships to SMEs.
