Business Forecast In this paper we will examine and compare various forecasting methods used for qualitative and quantitative business forecasting and its use in First Logic Inc.'s demand forecast under uncertain conditions. In this study, we evaluate the ability to make effective decisions about the future, taking into account time series and Delphi prediction methods. Business forecasting Business forecasting is the process of investigating past performance and using the knowledge gained to predict future business situation so that today's decisions can be made to achieve the goal.

Forecasting plays an important role in today's uncertain world market. In such a case, the latest business forecasting method is particularly useful. Modern forecasting methods are generally categorized into two broad categories. It is a qualitative method and a quantitative method. Qualitative analysis includes the above intuitive knowledge-based method. A decision maker confirms all available information and then makes an estimate forecast. Quantitative methods are mainly used when qualitative information can not be obtained. In contrast, qualitative methods are based on data analysis (Namvar, 2000, p. 8)
