Etiquette of business etiquette, whether social or commercial, has always been an important part of life. However, it seems that business etiquette has become more important over the past decade. Business etiquette in Japan is not much different from Britain - courtesy and courtesy are very important. But in Russia, people are welcomed just by shaking hands. In Russian culture, shaking hands is steady, confident and short eye contact, but in Japanese culture handshaking is flexible, there is almost no eye contact.

We should follow many business etiquette rules, such as shaking hands, eye contacts, listening to others' story in our daily business activities. Catering business is also very common today, and business catering etiquette is a general business etiquette. Following etiquette is as important as everyday face-to-face business etiquette (Hickman, K., 2011, p. 90) because you may not hurt your business relationship if you do not know the etiquette of the meal
